Would A Vaginal Discharge Affect The Chances Of Conception?

hi, I am having sticky deep yellow discharge daily. I have seen a gynae and the check for infection is negative. I have a child and trying in vain to have another. Does this discharge affect the chances of conception? Cos it seems like the semen flows all out after intercourse and even a day or 2 later, there are still remnants of semen coming out. please help. Thanks
