Would An MRI Report Mention If A Small, Forehead Indent Near My Eyebrow Was Something To Worry About?

Age: 29, Female I recently noticed an indent in my forehead, and I m not sure if it s just something I ve had all my life or if it s something new. I can barely see it but I can feel an indent and it s now sore from all the examining I ve done. I had an MRI of my brain two weeks ago because I m in the process of trying to diagnose my neuropathic pain which I suspect is Small Fiber Neuropathy from a toxin exposure, vitamin deficiency or autoimmune. So I have other symptoms that I ve just assumed are related to that such as dry eyes, fatigue, indigestion, heart palpitations, some lightheadedness, ear ringing, nerve pain all over my body - which are all intermittent symptoms. I m also being tested for POTS. The MRI didn t report anything alarming other than a benign pineal cyst and a nasal polyp and it didn t mention any finding of an issue with my skull but I took a look at the images and there is indeed a shadow where the dent is. Would the report have mentioned anything if this was something to worry about? The dent is circular, about 1 cm. Not visible from the outside unless you closely investigate. It s above the front point of my left eyebrow. And less than a centimeter deep
