Would Anxiety Lead To Chest Pain?

What are the symptoms of anxiety? I m moving to China in 2 weeks for the foreseeable future and I worry that I will make no friends when I go there. Since all the paperwork has been filled in and it s become a reality I have had a slight tight chest pain but nothing else.
