Dear madam/sir i can understand your concern
in my opinion i would like to congratulate you for your efforts in controlling your diabetes and for lifestyle modification.
few diabetes medications are associated with weight gain in them your Azulix is one its also called as glimipride.
since your sugars are fine i suggest you to discuss with your doc to reduce the dose of azulix and rest to be continued the same
