Would It Be Ok To Inject My Insulin Through Clothes ?

I am going to a wedding and am planning on wearing a dress as i won t be able to hitch it up at the table during the reception to inject into my abdomen I wondered if it would be ok to inject through my dress as a one off rather than have to disappear to the loos??
