Would Medication Treating Vitamin-D, Vitamin-B12 And Iron Deficiencies Reduce Severe Hair Loss?

Hi Doctor, I m a 20 year old woman suffering from severe hairfall (200-300 strands a day) On the doctor s reference, I performed tests for Vitamin D, Vitamin B12 and iron, all of which I was found extremely deficient in. She has put me on the following medication Prosfer plus daily for 2 months DailyShine 60k once a week for 2 months Me 12 OD daily for the same Bontress serum to be applied daily for 2 months Will this medication work for me to reduce hairfall and regrow hair? I ve started balding and I m extremely worried. Please help.

hi mam/sir,i can realise your distress.the medications prescribed are very effective in treating hair loss.trust me you will definitely see change in 2 weeks.i usually prescribe my patients another medicine named tab.trichoton(active ingredients are biotin,zinc,selenium,calcium pantothenate,N-acetylcysteine) twice daily for 2 months.i'm mentioning the ingredients such that you can have some other brand with the same composition.you can use it along with those prescribed by your physician.i also suggest you to stay calm and relaxed as stress also is a cause of hair loss.please just check if you have any dandruff or lice infestations on your scalp.hope you got a satifactory answer.any other issues i'm always ready to attend.take care.bye.
