Hello sir, my bladder head is not coming out while erection, bladder fore skin is preventing it from coming out.i have this problem since childhood.Will this cause any problem while having sex.even I can t masturbate as it cause pain by skin which is stoping my bladder head?Plz help me

You have to consult a urologist and get evaluated. In a severe form of phimosis, you may have to undergo circumcision.
