Would Taking Mifeprin Cause Vaginal Bleeding Immediately?

I am 25 yrs old and I had my last period on 14th Jan and it lasted till 18th Jan .. I am not married and this month on 18th and 20th I had a spot of blood on my pad today I did pregnancy test and it come as poitive I have taken mifiprin 600mg today (23rd feb) should I see any bleeding today ...

Understand your concern
Mifeprine should be used for abortion under the observation of gynecologist after confirming intrauterine pregnancy of less than 9 week by USG scan.
Mifeprine just cause detachment of pregnancy from the uterine wall. It cause slight bleeding but not in all cases.
For successful abortion, you have to used misoprostol along with mefepristone. After 48 hour of taking mifepristone, 800 ug misoprostol should be put in the vagina by gynecologist. Some time extra 800 ug may be required to induce abortion. Abortion will start with in 40-50 minutes of taking misoprostol and will complete in 4-6 days.
Post abortion USG scan should be done after 14 days to confirm incomplete abortion.
