Hello,
I have carefully gone through your report and i can understand your query.
You are right, hair fall may be one of the symptoms of hypothyroidism.
In general, if the dose of levothyroxine is the right one, it takes 6 weeks to correct dhe TSH level and almost 2 months to improve the symptoms of hypothyroidism.
You started the treatment just 1 week ago and is to early to see improvement.
Headache is not related with the treatment you are taking actually.
Hope the information will help.
Kind regards,

I find this answer helpful
