Hi, thank you for asking healthcare magic.
I understand your concerns.
When an organ is subjected to increase work load, there is a tendency for it to increase in size. Subjecting your heart to excessive physical activity increases the work load on the heart. This makes the heart muscles to increase in size (hypertrophy). This increase in the mass of heart muscles (especially left ventricle) would be reflected on an ECG with left axis deviation. I think this is what is happening to you. There is no cause for alarm. When the left ventricle becomes too large, the R and S waves on ECG would also be abnormal. If your problem is just left axis deviation, I do not think you need to worry so much.
Concerning the white blood cells, the value is above the normal value. May be you have an infection or you were dehydrated. If the problem is infection, you would have other signs and symptoms fever, headache, fatigue, etc. If there is no other symptom, then you do not need to worry.

I hope that helps
I wish you well
