dinner at 10 pm of 1 chappati wid paneer/chicken/fish/channa
i eat non-veg once a week nd do not consume any beverage other than 3 cups of tea/coffee

Endocrinologist 's  Response
Hi,

You are having a slightly under active thyroid. If I were your treating Endo I would have started on thyroxine to bring your TSH below 3 miu/L as you are in reproductive age group and you are over weight.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
