Wound On Bum, Bleeding, White Spots Around Wound With Cheesy Smell. Treatment Needed?

i have this small wound on my ass, and i thought it had healed of it's own but a few days later it started bleeding again, so i took some mirrors and around the wound some white marks/spots have appeared and it smells like cheese, i know it's not great but i wonder do i need to get some medicin, or can i just let it be and will it heal on it's own account?

Hello,
Thanks for the query,

It looks like sebaceous cyst.

Cheesy material is characteristic of sebaceous cyst.

It needs to be surgically removed.

Let me know you have any other doubts.

Please meet a dermatologist for final diagnosis.

you can ask a direct question to me on this forum, following the below link.
