Dear friend, welcome to Healthcaremagic!
I am Dr. Prasad Akole (Critical Care Expert- http://bit.ly/Dr-Prasad-Akole) and am glad to address to your query here.

The report says that there is evidence of an earlier bypass surgery and the heart and main vessels from the heart appear enlarged. The lungs look more aerated like in emphysema (COPD).
Aortic aneurysm is abnormal dilatation of the aorta (the main blood supply pipe of the body).
One should interpret this in respect to the clinical presentation.

It would greatly help if you could upload the Xray image here using the uploading service available on this site just below the text box. You can email the reports / scans to
attachments@healthcaremagic.com      with subject- (Attn: Dr. Prasad Akole)
I can tell you more specifically then.
