CHEST PA shows suspicious densities in both upper lungfields.
Nodular desities are seen both lower lungfields probably nipples shadow.
Pulmonary vascular markings are normal.
Trachea is deviated to the right probably due to obliquity.
Aortic knob is unremarkable.

Hello,
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.

I had gone through your query and understand your concern.

Yes, there is a possibility of densities in the X ray Chest to be due to tuberculosis infection.
Because, Tuberculosis usually affects the upper zone of upper lobe.
But, tuberculosis is usually diagnosed by Sputum examination for Acid Fast Bacilli.

If Sputum samples shoe positive for acid fast bacilli, Anti tuberculous drugs may be given for minimum of 6 months.

Hope this helps.
Please reply for further queries.
Wishing you good health.
