Hi, my sister is working at electronics company. During their annual physical examination xray findings was ancillary spot view shows nodulocalcific densities in the right mid to lower lung field, likely granulomata. what is the meaning of this? she doesn t smoke nor drink alcohol. hoping for your prompt response. thank you

Nodulocalcific densities are nothing but old healed small infection. It can happen any time during life. Some infection get completely cured. In few cases small focus remain where calcification occurs.
It is completely normal now. It is not related to smoking or drinking at all.
