Yellow Discarge, Red, Sensitve Penis Head. Is It UTI?

I noticed the opening of my penis is abnormally red, and sensitive to touch or any rubbing of my underwear. The cotton from my undead or what ever I m wearing sticks to the opening, at first it did not hurt, after a match of soccer yesterday the area has been burning, like a rash would, I thought that I might have just irritated it, but now I ve noticed some white/ yellowish discharge . I have not been with any new girls recently. What do u think it might be? Uti?

Hello
Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have Acute Ballanitis with UTI. Get your routine urine test done.
Take antibiotic like Augmentin along with anti inflammatory medication like Diclofenac twice daily foe a week.

Apply some topical antibiotic ointment over glans penis after cleaning it with warm water.

Get prescription of these drugs from your family Doctor
.
If you are not circumcised cover the glans with foreskin to protect it from friction of inner wares.
