hello,
as you give the detail about your problem,it seems that you have not gone for scaling yet even once. so i will suggest you please go to a dentist in your area and go for complete examination done and after that for scaling too.and please follow all the given instructions properly.because as you gave the detail it seems that you have deposits over your teeth and gums (plaque and calculus).these deposits are destroying your teeth and gums and related structures, because of that you have loose teeth, bleeding gums etc.
nothing to get worried, take a proper treatment.you will definitely get relief.
take care
Dr.Gunjan Gupta

hi.yellow dots over the tooth most commonly results from dental flourosis or due to enamel hypoplasia.sometimes external stains can also be present.there r several ways through which u can get rid of yellow teeth.after oral prophylaxis procedure u can go for bleaching procedures.and u can also go for direct or indirect veneers.after extraction or any procedure over the tooth and gums, bleeding can easily be controlled by applying pressure packs. Wish u good health

Hi,
Thanks for writing in.
The yellowish discoloration of the teeth can be due to excessive deposition of plaque. This can be dealt with by a procedure called scaling. The gum disease would also need to be evaluated by a dentist. I would suggest that you do not ignore this as this can lead to irreversible changes in the gums. We have mechanisms in the body which would stop the bleeding and you would not be bleeding for a long time. In all probability, you would stop bleeding within 1-2 minutes. Please see a dentist at your earliest convenience.
Hope this helps.
