Hi, you seem to be having trichomoniasis. The patient usually complaints of yellow green frothy vaginal discharge fishy in smell, severe itching, painful micturition and sometimes abdominal pain. The diagnosis is made on vaginal per speculum examination where in sore red vagina or cervix can be seen. your doc will also take a swab to examine it for trichomonas while doing your Per speculum examination. It can be treated with single dose of 2 GRAM METRONIDAZOLE. Avoid physical contact with your partner and treatment of partner is also advised. Take care
