Yes. I Am Having Massive Muscle Spasms Through My Whole

Yes. I am having massive muscle spasms through my whole back and they are coming around both my sides but mostly up under my left ribs. The spasms are so bad I can barely stand up and move. I do have a very bad back. I am fused all but my thoracic area. But I have never experienced this before I have been have problems with digestive problems and my hiatal hernia so I don't know what to do. A muscle relaxer didn't touch it
