Yes, I've Been Under A Great Deal Of Stress Lately

Yes, I've been under a great deal of stress lately and have been having heart palpitations and shortness of breath for the last 3 days off and on. It is most noticeable when I'm quiet and/or try to sleep. I have also been experiencing a black dot floater in my left eye on and off for the same time period. What could these symptoms mean? I do have a history of high blood pressure and take Bystolic 10mg/daily
