Yes, doctor. I have successfully begun the 10,000 steps a day, using a fitbit. Additionally, I have trimmed sweets from my diet, as well as decreasing portion size of food consumed. I diligently document food consumed and steps taken each day, showing a deficit between calories taken in, versus calories burned. My weight loss does not seem to be coming very quickly, however. I am a 58-year-old male. I have been seriously walking for about two months. Am I simply not patient enough for the weight loss? Your response is appreciated!
