Yesterday I Was Moving Some Blocks (wearing Gloves) And Suddenly

Yesterday I was moving some blocks (wearing gloves) and suddenly felt a stinging on the top left side of my hand. After about a half an hour my hand had swollen fairly badly, and after 6 hours half of the top of my hand was swollen and very painful. The pain ran down my fingers all the way past my wrist and about 1/4 of the way down the left side of my forearm. By 7 hours I couldn't bend my little finger or flex it out. I put ice on it, and by this morning the pain had mostly left, but the hand and forearm is still swollen and tender. I have no idea what may have bitten me, but I am somewhat concerned.
