Could Head Pain, A Moving Clot-like Sensation, And Increased Discomfort When Bending Or Lifting Be From A Head Injury?

an iron structure fell on my head and shoulder. since then i have pain in my left side of the head. i feel something like a clot moving above my forehead and the middle of my head when i kneel to pick something from the floor. The pain increases if I carry anything or bend to get something on the floor. sometimes i feel like tissues in my brain are being stretched.
