Brown/purple Dot In Middle Of Bottom Lip, Dry Lips, Not Paining. Drinking And Smoking Habit. Suggestions?

Hi doctor
I have a brown/purple dot in the very middle of my bottom lip. I have Been smoking a bit maybe 3-4 cigs a day and drinking on weekends. It's been here for about a week now. It's not painful or icty but my lips are a little dry. I got badly burnt on the face also about 2 weeks ago. I'm very worried, could it just be from smoking or drinking ? Or could it be a small cancer ?!
