CCould I Still Have HCG In Me After The Abortion?

I had a medical abortion on 10-22 I bled very heavy and had clots I was only 5 weeks pregnant when I had the medical abortion..I never went for my follow up appointment and i resumed normal periods since then now the past 2 months I have been late by a week for my period and this month I am 12 days late and i took a home pregnancy test both months they came out very very light positive could I still have HCG in me from the abortion???

Understand your concern
No HCG will be in your blood after 2 month of your abortion. Pregnancy test will become negative 7-9 days after your successful abortion.
Following are the causes of your slight positive pregnancy test:
Incomplete abortion/retain product of conception, ectopic pregnancy, new pregnancy.
My advice is to consult the gynecologist and get the done Blood HCG and USG scan to confirm the exact scenario.
Ectopic pregnancy and incomplete abortion should be treated by surgical process.
