Can Hydrocele Cause Weak Sperm?

Hello, I am 31 yrs, I have got hydrocele problem on left scrotal. It is confirmed form scan that it’s only excess liquid cause for it. The sperm count is good enough , but they are week. Is it possible that hydrocele can cause weak sperm? We had 2 time abortion, can it be that the weak sperm may be cause for the same ? should I go for surgery ?

Very good question.
The hydrocele can not cause weak sperms and this is confirmed by pregnancy .
Weak sperms are never a cause of any abortion so stop worrying about this.
When the scan is confirming Hydrocele, it is better to get operated as in a long way the hydrocele may go on increasing and cause more problems.
Consult a Gynecologist for your wife's problem of abortion for clinical evaluation and physical examination and the tests as may be necessary to see the reasons for abortion.
