Can People Have A Heart Attack In Their Sleep?

cause my sister in law pass away on wesday in her sleep. and she was only 42and left behide her husband and youngest daughter of 9 and other daughter age 25. so it be a hard week

So sorry for your loss. Yes you can die of a heart attack while your sleeping, when it's my time that's how I want to go. There is no pain, It's instant. She was so young but they will find out what happened to her.
