Circular Raised Rash On My Upper Chest

hi, i have a circular slightly raised rash on my upper chest are it is about 15 mm in diameter and also a red slightly flaky dry rash on one side of my groin area.

looking to your question possibility of ring worm is likely.You have not mentioned about your age associated condition like DM. Itching etc.Please give some more
