Concern Is Mounting With Me Regarding My Sister Who Has

concern is mounting with me regarding my sister who has end stage cirrhosis of the liver and liver ca that was seen on mri but md felt it was futile to bx liver to be 100% sure due to "maybe 10% liver fx"...they would not tx the cancer due to liver fx. She also has hep C and is unaware of how long she has had this....she has had paracentesis 5 times since Dec and it averages 3 or so wks apart that this is needed. Usually 4+ liters is obtained. She is getting more confused and having involuntary tremors or jerking of hands and feet...is this a sign of true end stage/end of life type sx?
