I hit my breast very hard and badly bruied it. Now there is a a lump, could this be scar tissue?

Welcome to healthcaremagic. The lump in breast is very unlikely to be a scar tissue as breast is a glandular organ. It is best to get the lump examined and go for a mammography to know exact diagnosis.
