Ears Swollen, Itching And Stinging After Piercing

HI,i recently gotten my ears pierced at claire s in the mall a week ago and iHave been experiencing itchiness the week after. My right ear lobe have gotten worse,it begin to swell and sting a bit . iSoaked it in a alcohol base,then realize that ,that makes it worse,then the next day it was still swollen so i soaked it in table salt and water to realize that make s it worst knowing the salt has iodine in it. So began to rinse my ear lobe out with falsest water and afterwards mix epsom salt and water together and the stinging went down but not the swelling and itching..PLEASE HELP=/
