Experiencing Extreme Fatigue, Reflux, Dizziness, Nauseous, Sore Bloated Stomach, Hurts

experiencing extreme fatigue, reflux, dizziness, nauseous, sore bloated stomach, hurts to lie on, had these symptoms on and off for a year or 2 but recently last week have been really bad the fatigue has gotten worse since 2 or 3 weeks ago. i've had tests last year to see if anything came back for my nauseous, fatigue, reflux and dizziness but everything was fine. i'm on the implanon for a year now i know that you can experience pregnancy symptoms but i feel like it's getting worse especially my stomach this week and last has been horrible and my fatigue is horrible i'm worried i might fall asleep and the wheel plus my felux acting up again. i just worry one of the possibilities could be pregnancy? even though i'm on the implanon all though my partner and i dont use condoms. also i am spotting on the implanon and did so on 2 types of pills why does my body not like birth control? what are my other options? i've tried prescriptions to stop the bleeding but once i bleed again it doesnt stop sometimes maybe a for 2 days but then starts back up. sometimes its not much at all that i dont have to use anything but 2 months ago i was bleeding for like a month heavily not so heavy i was soaking through pads but enough to have to go from liners to pads i was cramping bad and clotting.
