Feeling Knocking On Back Head While Sleeping..

i am a hypertension woman age 56, last month i started feeling knocking on the back of my head while sleeping, and when i get up i can hear my heart beats on my ear. Please help me diagnose this

Is your BP controlled?..uncontrolled BP causes such symptoms..get a repeat check done and see taht you folow proper medicine and diet to keep it in control.
