Hello
Usually there can be a vaginal discharge after such operation but without foul-smelling. It is a sign of inflammatory process in uterine cavity (endometritis) or in vagina. Temperature should be measured and ultrasound should be done(very important) with uterine and vaginal culture to be taken. Sometimes chorial polyps - some peaces of placenta (if it is combined with inflammation) can cause such symptoms. So you may need diagnostic hysteroscopy. You should go to your doctor to be examined as soon as possible.
Wish you Good Health
