Heart Attack While Doing Surgery

If a doctor suddenly had a heart attack while doing surgery, would the other doctors work on the doctor or the patient?

Another surgeon would take over and handle the patient and obviously other Doctors would work on the Doctor or other Doctors would be called in to theatre to do so. We wouldn't just leave the patient there to die whilst we worked on the Doctor if thats what you are thinking.
