Heartbeat Is Like Swells Up

my heartbeat feels like it swells up in my chest for just a second. it happens pretty regular. whats happening. my blood pressure has been running high also.141/90 to 171/99

Your blood pressure as you have posted 141/90 to 171/99 is high so we need to know your age.The heartbeat creating discomfort in chest could be due to any reason from mental stress to any cardiac reason(related to heart) so the age is important factor .Better consult a doctor & get a ECG done & monitor your BP if it is constantly high you may require medicine for control of BP which the doctor will prescribe.
