Hello, I Am 31 Years Old, I Had A Lump

hello, I am 31 years old, i had a lump in my right below waistline, got some findings in my previous doctor, but it seems the lump is still there. I also took some ultra sound and it says their was a small bacteria in my ovary and they do a treatment, taking up some medicine. But still i can hold something in my waistline. i know its a lump inside.. Im so worried about this although i dont feel any pain. Im getting worried about this, i think its getting or growing now.
