Hello, I Am Having Some Symptoms That Are Very Concerning.

hello, I am having some symptoms that are very concerning. Two weeks ago I had this sharp pain in my heart, that was persistent and it wasnt going away for about 15 minutes. The pain then was dull and then I had this burning sensation across my chest as if someone poured hot lava on top of it. I was concerned at this point so i took one aspirin tablet and laid down. I checked my pulse and it was within normal range (about 67 bpm), but they were stronger than usual and sometimes irregular. Today I have a heartache again and my left arm feels weaker than usual. Do you suspect it could be a heart attack?
