Hello I Have Liver And Kidney Disease With One Kidney

hello I have liver and kidney disease with one kidney only the right one was removed due to cancer what would be the best pain medicine for me . I rate my pain at 8 and above on a daily bases what is your suggestion I have RA and , CANAL STENSIOS, DJD , DDD, OSEOARTHRITIS, OSTEOPOROSIS, I am fighting for my ssdi or ssi due to the chronic renal failure I had bladder cancer twice in 3yrs. my end plates are arthritic as well
