Hello Dear Health Brigade..i Am A Medical Graduate But I

hello dear health brigade..i am a medical graduate but i have a problem since my childhood..no doctor has ever sorted it out and all of them( almost) take it as a no problem.first i got a relatively late puberty though in physiological limit, second when i have sex with my girlfriend i feel weak for a day or two and sometimes upto 3.also, though i have no intolerance to fatty food or gluten,yet sometims i feel i have steatorrhea by very strong mal odour as they say for steatorhea.from my childhood i have dark circles around my eyes, and after sex,get darkened.i do a regular workout for years but my muscles dont get develop easily.today i did an sgpt which was 65 to rule out liver disease as cause of muehrks line on my hands nails which i noticed recently,and a week before this,i putting off my shoes,noted a purple colour below my nails,it doesnt seem as splinter hemorrage as mine is diffuse..and last one,i have back pain at lumbar area and these days at upper thorax which alleviates on lying,but when i keep my spine straight for sitting,i feel it.my left side of body,i.e.my upper limb lower limb has comparatively a small length and less thickness as compared to right one,(very little differenc,hardly noticeable),i have been feeling pain since 2010 in my right hypochondriac and left hypochondriac at same time,but on uts,everything ws normal.also my HBsAg was non reactive..my weight and appetite is good,and have no faigue but when i miss my lunch or dinner i feel worst?so that stuff of symptoms all can attribute to one disease or different diseases.PS; am not hypochondriac,all these symptoms really exists.am worried a lot abt the lines on my nails and hemorragic coloration on big toe of my foot.
