Hello Doctor I Have IRREGULAR PERIODS , I Get Married

hello doctor I have IRREGULAR PERIODS , I get married 4 months back during marriage time I used tablets for postpone tablets after that I get period after 3month I didn't get periods, then I checked pregnancy test result will be negative.
I consult a doctor she prescribed me regestrone tablet for 3 days after that I got periods in 2nd I went for blood test(haematology,biochemistry,hormone analysis(THYROID,FSH,LH)),SCANNING(ultrasonography of abdomen& pelvis) RESULT-Bilateral mild polycystic ovaries. remain all reports are with in range only,after that D5-D9 I used ccq 50 tablets inD11 I went for follicular scanning in 3 sittings but no follicles are released (so plese tell me the REASON )
