Hello Dr's, I Have PCOS Since 2010, Then I Have

hello dr's,
I have PCOS since 2010, then I have under treatment & regular take Bigomet SR 500 & doing regular exercise after consulting Doctor. Last Feb,2015 I married & just last month august,2016 we are trying for conceive, now I am 8 week complete pregnancy. I have a question should I take Bigomet SR 500 regular?? my gynaecologist advised me to stop it, no problem create in pregnancy ??
