Could My Recent Alcohol Consumption Be Causing The Return Of A Hematoma And Discomfort Near My Neck Surgery Scar?

hello, i am a 24 year old male and on march 13th i had a neck laceration repair. which left me with a small hematoma around the scar. i stopped drinking and smoking cigs. shortly after it appeared which was about a day and a half after surgery. as the weeks went on the hematoma showed great progress. and was no longer visible around the scar. so about 2 days ago i decided to have a drink and now its appearing to slowly return and have slight discomfort. could it possibly be due to the alcohol consumption of the alcohol?
