Hello I Am A Carer For A Ederly 80 Years

hello i am a carer for a ederly 80 years of age woman.has copd,as for the last month been having headachs and is sleeping a lot night and day.she has had eyestest they say the headachs are not caused from eyesight.the lady was a renal patient for over three years .has been off dialaysis for over three years.has blood tests every two months which they say are ok.any ideas.with thanks.robert collins.
