hello there. I need advice. my sister-in-law is presently 6 wks and 3 days pregnant. She previously had 2 miscarriage. The first didn't have the heartbeat at 10 wks. Second was a blighted ovum. Prior to her present pregnancy, she underwent several tests preparing her for her next pregnancy. 2 days back she had spotting which is very minimal. Yesterday, she had spotting after wiping with tissue paper. She went to see an OB last night and told her that her gestational sac is not ok and is far from the fundus area compared to last ultrasound which was very normal. Today she has a dark red spotting and cramps. She went to the ER for check and ultrasound reveals that it is more lower compared to last night. She was sent home and wait for things to happen and probability that it will be aborted. I need your expert advise on this.
