Hello,i Was Going To The Bathroom This Morning ,having To

hello,i was going to the bathroom this morning ,having to rush which i never have to do,but it really hurt having a bowl movement,when i got up and looked in the toliet,there were tons of light yellowish,large kidney shaped nasty things all in and around my stool,as gross as it sounds,i picked up the largest one,rinse it,and then cut it open,it was very tough,finally opened it up and there was white thick cream like stuff inside of it,,, ive been having a servere migraine which im on calan daily for that and havent had migraines in a very long time,im still getting strong cramps im also nomatter how much i wipe the anus, its stilll leaking a liquid bowl so i have a pull up on...Im just very afraid to have to go to the bathroom again,cause dont know what to exspect,and the pain that goes with it,,,can you please tell me what this is???thank yo
