Hello....just A Quick Question I Had A Pimple/zit On My

hello....just a quick question I had a pimple/zit on my penis shaft that I manage to pop. It has now scabbed over should I be concerned?. No other signs of STD or even a ulcer that scabbed over. I do shave with a buzzer/razor down there and felt it was a possible hair follicle that may have caused the zit. Should I worry ?
