Hey I Am Just Wondering If What I Am Experiencing

hey i am just wondering if what i am experiencing is pregnancy or just something else?
if i may explain the details, so on the 21st of September my boyfriend and I had unprotected sex and he came inside me, i washed immediately and then 22 hours after that I got a hold of the morning after pill and drunk it. on the 29th of the same month I experienced dark brown discharge accompanied with clots of which lasted 6 days finishing on the 4th of which I got advice and was told might be because of the pill i drunk and my body was spotting as a result. my period was meant to come on the 15th as calculated , for i have a 30day cycle that my last 3 periods came on 14th July, 15th august, 14th September and the one i am having doubts about which came on the 15th of October as expected, but i fear that it may have been implantation bleeding because right now 11 days after my 'period', for the past two days I have been frequently urinating and now I sort of feel like I am cramping but not really? my period on the 15th of this month lasted for 4 days bleeding continuously of which completely ended on the 5th day, but usually my period has clots and this time it didn't have clots as per usual though the flow was consistent throughout the 5 days. please help me understand what it is I might be experiencing?
