Hi - Just Over Six Years Ago I Fell On

hi - just over six years ago i fell on my back on the kitchen floor. it knocked the wind out of me but otherwise i felt fine. continued on and later that evening went to bed. i woke up in the middle of the night with excruciating pain in both upper arms and both shoulders. this has never gone away. before the fall i was 100% pain free every day. because the pain on both arms and shoulders was simultaneous, i have to wonder if the problem is in my neck or spine. what would you think. thanks and hope to hear back from you.
