Hi. I Am A Diabetic Since 14 Years.. Of Late

hi. I am a diabetic since 14 years.. of late my creatine level is rising. From 1.9 last year to 4.5 a month ago.. I am under medication for hypertension as well. My BP and Sugar are now under control.. The creatine level has also gone down to 3.5 last week.. However my blood urea is 75 and this is leading to a severe itching . Pls. suggest a remedy to reduce the blood urea levels
